-if we agree on payment in segments, i will not deliver a commission until paid in full
-i will only redraw/make major edits during the sketching process. see below for details

-i do not always draw commissions in order
-i will send progress photos of different phases to make sure everything is correct (sketch, lineart, base colors) and can make edits during these phases, but will not redo a commission or make major edits after sketch phase♦cancelations, refunds, and copyright info♦
-commissions may only be canceled for a full refund if i have not started yet. if i have started in any capacity, i will only refund up to 50% of the full price
-i reserve the right to use your commission on my social media, website, etc
-i will not do NFT related commissions under ANY circumstances
-my art MAY NOT be used in any AI database, ever
-you may use your commission in any way for personal use, but you may not edit or trace the artwork and claim it your own
-you may not use your commission for commercial use unless agreed upon beforehand and paid for commercial use
